Easter Rail Blockade

This project involved the renovation of 9 Stations on an Easter bank holiday weekend simultaneously for Network Rail. Enable Logistics provided the welfare and site management for this complex project which was short in duration but intense in activity.

New Site Establishment

The timeframe to deliver the depot was very tight due to the fixed start date for the signaling project and time lost searching for land, this along with the Covid outbreak put pressure on supply chains. The ground provided was saturated with water and had poor access to HGV for the delivery of cabins and heavy equipment.
